During this 6 hour workshop I would like to share with you my own style of vinyasa flow, which I've developed over the 15 years I've been practicing yoga. Through my experience of practicing Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Iyengar und Shadow yoga, I've created my own style of vinyasa flow which I practice myself and teach to my more experienced students in Köln. The practice involves a good understanding of the Bandhas (internal muscular locks) which helps to direct Prana (Life force)and Ujjayii pranayama (breath)which helps to awaken the inner fire (Jathara Agni).
Combined with a certain flow of asanas this becomes a powerful tool to help you become centered, strong and flexible; to then enter the realms of meditation, becomes fluent and tangable concept! As always in these 1 day workshops we'll start with a 3 hour workshop, then after lunch there will be time for questions concerning yoga, then we'll end with a guided vinyasa flow class ending in meditational practice.
