The Gayatri in Action: Being in the Right Place at the Right Time
This special Vinyasa practice will begin with a musical meditation on The Gayatri Mantra, one the world’s oldest prayers. Then we will experience the Gayatri’s powerful message through an all levels Mindful Spirited Vinyasa practice that integrates the teachings of the Mantra as well as teaches the words to this divine mantra.

Pranayama; Breathing into Stillness
As the fourth limb of Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama is a tool to support the introversion of the sense organs leading to a higher state of stillness and awareness. Pranayama, or breath control, follows ‘postures’ in the order of the limbs of Ashtanga Yoga so this class is an ‘asana’ class that focuses on preparations for deeper breathing and concludes with a powerful breathing exercise bringing the practitioners to a deep inner peace and stillness.

Introduction to Therapeutic AcroYoga
AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. These three ancient lineages form the foundation of a unique new practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. This ‘play’shop will cover the foundations of basing, flying and the dynamics of trust, touch and connection. -All levels welcome. No experience or partner necessary.

Lunge-O-Rama: A journey to the inner groins
This custom class is an all levels experience of opening the front of the body with precision, integrity and breath. With a wide array of lunges to help open the fronts of the legs and groins this practice is sure to leave everyone with new sense of freedom in their relationship to the front of the body and how they face the world.

Kirtan: Ecstatic Chanting
Part of the centuries old practice of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. In Kirtan, practitioners chant mantras as a means of invoking the qualities of various deities to empower their lives. There is no experience necessary, and best of all, it is an open and safe environment to sing and be free in a light and fun way. The opening comes from your devotion and intention behind the mantras we sing. David will lead the chanting in call and response style and playing guitar.
